RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

To return an item please email: hello@papered.co.nz with your order ID.

We will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery unless goods were damaged in transit or not as ordered. A copy of your receipt will need to be returned with the goods. On an exchange delivery will be charged.

We deliver New Zealand wide using standard post. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Please allow up to 3-7 business days depending on your location, all items ship from Auckland, New Zealand.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
