We respect your privacy. Any information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. Any information received will be handled with the upmost care, however, often we will need to pass on personal details such as your name and address to companies who perform parts of our service i.e. freight companies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Papered (“Papered”, or “we”, “our”, “us”) and “you”, the customer to govern your access and use of all content available on our Papered website. These Terms and Conditions are not permitted to be changed by an individual or entity without the prior written consent of Papered.

By visiting our site, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms and Conditions. We may modify these from time to time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

We will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 business days on receipt of goods. As long as they have not be used, damaged or the packaging has been tampered with. In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, you are entitled to a refund if the products purchased are:
- Faulty or damaged in transit
- Significantly different to that shown

Return/exchange procedure
Please email: andrea@papered.co.nz with your order number. We will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery unless goods were damaged in transit or not as ordered. A copy of your receipt will need to be returned with the goods. On an exchange delivery will be charged. Please note all sale items are final.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Post your item and carefully package the contents, including a copy of the receipt to:

DELIVERY

New Zealand
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

COLOUR

This will vary from screen to screen, please be aware there maybe a difference from the real product.

WHOLESALE

Wholesale login
As a wholesale customer you are able to shop online by creating a login or by emailing us at: andrea@papered.co.nz 

Once a login and password is set-up, simply add the items you would like to your cart through the online Elm Paper website and check out. There is a minimum of $100 ex gst per order.

Payment
Opening orders are pro forma with available payment options through checkout. All deliveries are dispatched once payment has been received in full, stock will be secured once payment has been received in full.

Stock availability
If an item is showing out of stock or the units entered show a message that stock is low or not enough units available, please email us to check if there is another shipment due soon at: andrea@papered.co.nz

Delivery
Items are dispatched within 2- 3 days.
